Our Partners
Our Expertise

Our expertise makes us the best across industries..
1
Market Research
AAPF’s market research turns noise into decisions. We blend primary interviews, field checks, and supplier calls with secondary data (trade flows, prices, FX, tariffs, mobile-money usage) to map demand, regulation, and competition. Our analysts size markets (TAM/SAM/SOM), model adoption curves, benchmark pricing and margins, and stress-test scenarios. We profile buyers, channels, and partners, assess incentives and policy risk, and identify entry barriers.
Outputs include briefs, heat-maps, opportunity scores, and go-to-market roadmaps. Members get custom deep-dives and live dashboards tracking reforms, pipelines, shocks, and competitive responses across priority markets in Africa-Asia.
2
Business Match-Making
AAPF’s Business Match-Making converts intent into signed deals. We profile your needs (capex, ticket size, sector, risk) and curate counterparties—buyers, distributors, JVs, co-investors, lenders, and advisors—vetted for capacity, compliance, and cultural fit. Using our pan-Africa/Asia network, diaspora leaders, and chambers, we generate a targeted longlist, run discreet outreach, and arrange NDAs, chemistry calls, and site visits. We benchmark terms, support negotiations, and draft MoU/term-sheet frameworks. Each engagement tracks match scores, readiness, and time-to-close. Where useful, we structure pilots, vendor onboarding, and local content plans, then monitor post-deal KPIs.
Outcome: fewer cold starts, faster closings, and partners you can execute with.
3
Legal & Regulatory Support
Our Legal & Regulatory Support de-risks market entry and operations. We coordinate company incorporation, GIPC filings, sector licences (e.g., GTA, energy, mining), immigration/work permits, tax (GRA, VAT, PAYE), SSNIT, data-protection registration and municipal permits. Our counsel drafts/negotiates NDAs, MoUs, JV/shareholders’ agreements, vendor and distribution contracts, and PPP/concession frameworks. We run regulatory diligence, KYC/AML and sanctions checks, beneficial-ownership mapping, and compliance audits. For cross-border deals, we align AfCFTA rules, incentives, and customs regimes, and structure investment protections (BITs, dispute clauses).
Deliverables include checklists, timelines, filing packs, board resolutions and training—so you launch compliantly and stay compliant, with confidence and regulatory clarity.

4
Local Content, Licensing & Permit Guidance
AAPF helps you meet, then leverage, local content rules across Africa. We map obligations by sector (oil & gas, mining, power, telecoms, construction), including equity/JV structuring, indigenous participation thresholds, procurement quotas, training and technology-transfer plans, and reporting. Our team prepares compliance matrices and timelines; secures and renews permits and licences with regulators (e.g., Energy/Minerals Commissions, EPA, GTA, local assemblies); and aligns immigration and labour requirements. We run readiness audits, vendor prequalification, and contractor onboarding, and design local sourcing and supplier-development strategies. Where needed, we negotiate waivers, build offset plans, and integrate commitments into contracts—so you operate compliantly, competitively, and with strong community and government buy-in.
5
Summits & Networking Events
AAPF designs summits and networking events that convert introductions into transactions. Our flagship Afro-Asian Prosperity Summit convenes investors, policymakers and corporates for keynotes, closed-door roundtables, sector deal rooms and curated 1:1s. Year-round, we run investor missions, reverse roadshows in Asia/Africa, thematic forums (clean energy, agribusiness, tech), pitch days, and capacity-building workshops. Members receive priority speaking slots, VIP access, concierge meeting schedules, branded showcases and media amplification. Every event features data-rich briefings, site visits and policy dialogues under Chatham House Rule. Post-event, we provide warm introductions, MoU templates and follow-up pipelines, with ROI tracking on meetings, leads and closes—turning networking into measurable outcomes.

Risk Management & Advisory
AAPF helps you quantify, mitigate, and monitor risk across Afro-Asian operations. We assess country, regulatory, political, security, FX, liquidity, counterparty, cyber/data and ESG exposures; run KYC/AML/sanctions checks; and map stakeholders to anticipate policy shifts. Deliverables include risk registers, heat maps, scenario/Monte-Carlo stress tests, control matrices, and mitigation plans (hedging, insurance, covenants, redundancy, BCP/DR). We design crisis-response playbooks, vendor risk frameworks, and supply-chain continuity (dual sourcing, INCOTERMS, logistics buffers). Ongoing support features real-time dashboards, early-warning indicators, incident drills, and board training.
Outcome: clearer risk-return trade-offs, faster approvals, and resilient execution—so deals close on time and assets perform under pressure.
